Marcin Zukowski has an extensive conference list and analysis related to databases and information retrieval. Peter Apers has a list of acceptance rates for major database conferences. SIGIR has a list of upcoming conferences in various areas (databases, information retrieval, and so on). There is a list of good conferences at the University of Alberta (by topic).
